Automatic Edge tape sewing machine

This machine is mainly used for tape edge of mattress panel and soft cushion.
It bears the following features. Rather than moving around.
The head is fixed , but can move up and down to adapt to different height of mattress.
The angle of the head is adjustable . When working ,the conveyor belt drivers the mattress to proceed.
When one side was finished, the machine turn 90 degree automatically to start taping next side.
The taping of the corner was finished while turning.When the top four sides were completed, the machine can turn the mattress over for taping other four sides.
The machine needs only one operator, no need anyone move around or overturn the mattress manually.
Thus higher efficiency and less labor was realized.
